Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPR Natalia Nikonorova congratulated Daur Kove on his appointment as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.

The message reads, in part:

"The trust, which was given to you by the leadership of the country, provides a good basis for constructive work on this high and responsible post. I am convinced that your commitment and knowledge will contribute to the further expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation between the Donetsk People's Republic and the Republic of Abkhazia."
