Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Abkhazia Semyon Grigoriev sent a congratulatory note to D.V. Kove in connection with his appointment to the post of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.
The note says, in particular:
"Please accept my sincere congratulations on your appointment to the high and responsible post of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.
Knowing you as an experienced statesman and consistent supporter of the development of Russian-Abkhaz relations, I am sure that your appointment will give a new impetus to the expansion of comprehensive cooperation between the two countries, as well as strengthening the international position of the Republic of Abkhazia as a whole. I wish you success and assure you in my continued support".
