Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia was awarded the "Labor Valor" Badge of Distinction and the Certificate of Honor "For Active Contribution to the Fate of the Motherland, Special Achievements in Labor, Patriotism, and Military Labor for the Glory of Russia" by the All-Russian Public Organization of Heroes, Holders of State Awards, and Laureates of the "Labor Valor of Russia" State Prize. The Foreign Ministry staff was also awarded a diploma "For Active Contribution to the Fate of the Motherland, Special Achievements in Labor, Patriotism, and Military Labor for the Glory of Russia."
A meeting was held in Moscow between Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, and Sergei Cheremin, Minister of the Moscow Government and Head of the Moscow Department of Foreign Economic and International Relations.

On November 14, 2025, Oleg Bartsits, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia presented the Medal of Merit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia to Vito Grittani, the Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Italian Republic, for promoting and strengthening of the positive image of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Italian Republic and for his contribution to the development of international cooperation and diplomatic activity.
On November 14, Oleg Bartsits, Foreign Minister met with Vito Grittani, Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia. The meeting was attended by Kan Tania, Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Russian Federation, and Camelia Darina-Pop, Vito Grittani's wife.
On October 21, 2025, Oleg Bartsits, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia received Alisa Gitsba, People's Artist of the Republic of Abkhazia, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, and director of the International Music Competition-Laboratory "Music – Dialogue Without Borders and Distance," and Katerin Velasquez, leading soloist of the Nicaraguan Incanto Foundation (Nicaraguan Vocal Institute) and participant in the 4-th Alisa Gitsba International Music Competition-Laboratory.
