Valery Bganba, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia and Vasily Golubev, the Governor of the Rostov Region signed the plan for cooperation between the Cabinet of Ministers (Government) of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Government of the Rostov Region for 2018-2021.

Today, in the State Administration of the city of Tiraspol, young Tiraspol citizens were honored - the finalists of the children's international drawing contest “Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Transdniestria: friendship, sealed by time”.

Daur Kove, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia delivered a report at the conference "Information Policy in the Modern World" organized by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Abkhazia on November 18,2018. On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia, Irakli Tuzhba, Deputy Foreign Minister and Timur Shanava, the Advisor to the Minister also took part in the event.

In Moscow, the New Year carnival for children was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Abkhazia in the Russian Federation and the Moscow Abkhaz diaspora.

26 years have passed since one of the most tragic events in the history of modern Abkhazia.

The 46-th Round of the International Geneva Discussions on Security and Stability in the South Caucasus took place in Geneva on December 11-12, 2018. The Discussions was attended by the representatives of the Republic of Abkhazia, the Republic of South Ossetia, Georgia, the Russian Federation and the United States co-chaired by the UN, OSCE and EU.

Igor Akhb, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Russian Federation, Ilya Guniya, Raul Lolua and Valery Agrba the deputies of the National Assembly as part of the Abkhaz delegation participated in the international conference “The Role of Parliaments in the Modern World”. The conference was dedicated to the 25-th anniversary of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
